Technical Support Personnel

Logicstudio is seeking highly motivated individuals for technical account management positions that will include project management, client relations, technical support, development, and analysis functions. Logicstudio is a growing company and candidates are expected to have a strong work-ethic, work efficiently, and perform effectively with limited supervision, guidance, and direction.

The successful candidates will oversee all phases of account management of an existing IT procurement program. These individuals will work very closely with the Logicstudio executive team to successfully manage 1st and 2nd level IT support as well as business process reengineering for strategic clients. The specific responsibilities will include; end-user trouble-ticket system and application resolution, software license compliance and inventory, execution of seat/asset/site relocations, updating user profiles, change management, server log monitoring, and test and evaluation of new features and applications.

The successful candidates will possess excellent technical skills and outstanding client-relations abilities with 3-5 years experience engaging clients in an IT program, as well as demonstrated experience with:

- .NET

- SQL Server code stored procedures, transact-SQL

- C#/Visual Basic


- Active Directory and Exchange in windows environment

- Oracle, MySQL, JAVA, and PHP are a plus
